Mark Arnold is Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Mark is has acted as counsel in a wide variety of cases. Those cases include construction deficiency litigation, professional negligence, real estate litigation, occupiers liability,  enforcement matters of every stripe and variety, directors' liability, employment law, breach of contract disputes, personal injury, and international human rights litigation. Condominium Counsel

Mark Arnold provides, through Gardiner, Miller Arnold LLP, a full range of services including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Legal support under the provisions of the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998.
  • Drafting by-laws and rules under the Condominium Act, 1998, and developing case law.
  • Providing director liability opinions under the provisions of Section 37 of the Condominium Act, 1998.
  • Preventative legal advice.
  • Advice with respect to the calling and conducting of Board meetings, Annual General Meetings and Special Meetings of the of the condominium community and attending and chairing meetings upon request.
  • Reviewing contracts, leases and licenses.
